We are pleased to offer a number of holiday forest log cabins, in a magnificent location on the western shores of the beautiful Loch Awe in Argyll & Bute, Scotland. Loch Awe Log Cabins offer a choice of 1, 2 and 3 bedroomed log cabins, all updated and refurbished over the last three or four years. Situated next to the small village of Dalavich and on the edge of the mighty Inverliever Forest, the cabins are situated in their own amenity grounds. Many with loch views and all with their own verandah and outside furniture. Most cabins benefit from having satellite TV and other indoor entertainment.

Loch Awe is one of the largest freshwater lochs in Scotland with an approximate length of twenty five miles. It is a mecca for fishermen from far and near... and to date holds the British Isles record for the largest brown trout weighing in at just under 32lbs/14.5Kg! Salmon, sea trout, pike, perch and char are also caught on a regular basis, depending on the season.

Wild life in the area is legendary, with red and roe deer, pine martens, foxes, the famous scottish wildcat, otters and red squirrels often seen. There are also regular sightings of golden eagles, sea eagles and ospreys..
