Add - Burnside is a recently modernised cabin situated at the edge of the wood.and overlooking a picturesqe burn. The accomodation consists of an open plan lounge,with a dining,and kitchen area,a showeroom/toilet,two bedrooms,and with patio doors from the lounge onto the verandah. The kitchen has been recently refitted with built in units,a full size electric oven with a four ring hob,a microwave oven,toaster,fridge,kettle,and supplied with all cooking utensils,crockery,and cutlery. The lounge area is furnished with modern furniture,and benefits from satellite TV,and DVD player. The shower room/toilet is equipped with a shower,wash hand basin,toilet,shaver point,and electric blow heater. Bedroom 1.is equipped with a built in double bed,clothes hanging space,shelves,and bed side cabinet. Bedroom 2.is equipped with three full size bunk beds,suitable for either adults or children,clothes hanging space,shelves,and bedside drawers. The cabin is electrically heated,and double glazed,and is perfectly suitable for autumn,and winter breaks.There is car parking space to the rear of the cabin.This is a no smoking cabin.
