Terms & Conditions

1. A deposit of £100 is required on booking, the balance being due no later than 4 weeks before the holiday commences. For short breaks and bookings within 4 weeks of the holiday, the full amount is due immediately. Deposits are non-refundable. Should you cancel after paying the final balance, the amount paid will only be refunded if we can re-let the cabin for the length of your booking. We strongly advise you to take out holiday cancellation insurance.
2. The letting week runs from 4:00pm Saturday to 10:00am the following Saturday, except for short breaks.
3. On arrival at Dalavich, you will be directed to your cabin, by our resident representative.
4. All electricity, eg heating, lighting, cooking and shower, is included in the tariff.
5. Bed linen, duvets and tea-towels are provided and included in the tariff. Bath towels are not included, but these can be hired locally if required.
6. Children's high-chairs, cots and buggies are not included, but can all be hired locally for a small charge. Please state your requirements at the time of booking.
7. Up to two well behaved dogs are allowed per cabin, at a cost of £10 per dog, per week.
8. Due to strict insurance regulations we must ask you not to smoke or have any naked flames in the cabins.
9. There are no laundry facilities in any of the cabins, but a coin operated laundry is available for the use of guests.
10. Most cabins have a TV & VCR, however TV reception in the area is non-existant except for cabins with SKY facilities. If a cabin has SKY facilities, it will be stated in the cabin description. Most cabins have a selection of videos for guests to use.
11. Prices for each cabin are exactly the same as the others in their category. The two categories are "A-Frames" which sleep 6, and smaller cabins which sleep 4-6. All prices are quoted in sterling (£ GBP). Prices are Saturday 4pm to Saturday 10am. A deposit of £100 is required on booking, the balance being due no later than 4 weeks before the holiday commences.

12. Short breaks (minimum of three nights) are available, subject to cabin availability and time of year (July & August excluded). Please phone for prices, which start from £65 per cabin, per night.
13. No liability is accepted by lochawelogcabins.com for loss or damage to hirers' property, including, but not limited to baggage and motor vehicles, however caused, nor for any mishap or accident to persons whilst on the premises.
    The owners reserve the right to refuse admission, or to terminate the let of any persons who in the opinion of the owners is acting in a dangerous or unruly manner which may cause danger or distress to other holidaymakers and residents. In any such case, fees paid will NOT be refunded.
14. We want your stay in our cabins to be as enjoyable as possible; should you have any special requests with regards to your stay with us, please ask when you book. We will always go "that extra mile" to accommodate your wishes if possible.
